Greek White night part two: I've always loved Assyrtiko and this may one of the best I've had. Reminiscent of a dry Chenin in it's honeyed, saline way. Super beeswaxy and quite stunning for the price.

Dry slightly mineraly Greek white with some lemony notes. A hint of oxidation on the finish, but not enough to stop me from finishing it. Drank with grilled calamari.
