Nykteri Assyrtiko Athiri 2020

Vintage 2020 | Nykteri is the word for ‘staying up whole night’ in the local language. Santorini vintners harvest in the morning and press the grapes during night. Made of Assyrtiko, Athiri and Aidani grapes. Absolute very mineral. Very compelling wine that matured in barrels for three months. We drank it with shrimps dim sum and it made us happy. — 4 days ago

I miss that one!

Argyros

Santorini Assyrtiko

I like them stronger but this is sparkling on taste and very thin… easy to drink. Recommend it for cheese and ham to share and a good talk with friends — 4 months ago

Bright and citrusy. Nice minerality without taking away the more subtle notes. It's one of my new favorites. — 2 months ago

Cuvee Monsignori Assyrtiko 2022

I couldn’t describe this wine any better than @Will Stanley. Lemon + touch of pomelo, wet oyster shell and a touch of flintiness. Invigorating acidity, slight smokiness carries through on the palate and that tartness offsets the considerable body on this #santorini #assyrtiko. — 4 months ago
