Been a minute. But glad to find this one again at Cantina in Sifnos. Clean lemony nose. Light lemon and sea salt. Slight hints of white peacb. — 3 months ago
I like them stronger but this is sparkling on taste and very thin… easy to drink. Recommend it for cheese and ham to share and a good talk with friends — 4 months ago
Bright and citrusy. Nice minerality without taking away the more subtle notes. It's one of my new favorites. — 2 months ago
A tastey red blend from Turkey. Dark purplish color, intense nose with fresh red fruits . — 6 months ago
Выпито вторым вином в этот же вечер. Очень мощное (14%) 100% ассиртико 2022 года с острова Санторини запомнится надолго. 💥 — 18 days ago
Orange color, dry with notes of peach, grapefruit, mango, with a touch of grapefruit pith. — 2 months ago
I couldn’t describe this wine any better than @Will Stanley. Lemon + touch of pomelo, wet oyster shell and a touch of flintiness. Invigorating acidity, slight smokiness carries through on the palate and that tartness offsets the considerable body on this #santorini #assyrtiko. — 4 months ago

Vintage 2020 | Nykteri is the word for ‘staying up whole night’ in the local language. Santorini vintners harvest in the morning and press the grapes during night. Made of Assyrtiko, Athiri and Aidani grapes. Absolute very mineral. Very compelling wine that matured in barrels for three months. We drank it with shrimps dim sum and it made us happy. — 4 days ago
