バルベーラらしいまろやかな果実味。ブルーベリーチックでいい甘さ。
2014ビンテージらしく、しっかり酸もあって、最後はペッパー感。
ふくよかな果実味があるのに、どこかシュッとした感じがあって、均整がとれていて良い。

2014ビンテージと6年の月日が経っているのと、冷涼多雨ビンテージの影響からか、少し涼やかな印象。
均整が取れ、滑らかで上品さのある甘さ。上質感がある。
重さのないバルベーラで上質感のあるのは、ありそうで少ないかも。
