Now we are talking. This wine is absurd. Nose is so pretty. Floral, meaty, granite, so fine. So fragrant and refined. Just crazy. So deep but so subtle and restrained. Amazing minerality. Wow the palate is so elegant and in like with 18 with tremendous structure but it’s so silken and the fruit is so pure it’s seamless. This is the best Cote Rotie I’ve had from George. Wow. Just a stunner. So young but the level of refinement is unparalleled.
