Aromas of prune and raisin with a touch of leather dominate. Flavours start in the realm of dark cherry, then move through stewed red fruits. Tannin is a little grippy as it’s still young, but with a bit of air or age, it’ll smooth out nicely.

Smells like sun kissed raisins and smooth Italian leather.

Velvety grape and dark cherry on the top. Stewed red fruits for the body. Light to medium bodied tannins with a dry lingering finish that makes you want to take a second sip.

First taste: Midfield Winebar & Tavern, Toronto, ON. Might lay for another 1-2 years.
