At NYE dinner...wine was rich and full, but did not have the bright acidity I was looking for to match our food choices. Will try again in a few months.

People seem to love this stuff, but it didn't get enough air before it was gone. It seemed fat and kind of awkward. Rich for Savignon Blanc. Should have sat in the cellar for 10 years.
