Gérard Villet
Cuvée Tradition Arbois Poulsard
Sales Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant
Served chilled. One note of fruity-fruit at first, but then an inky, floral bouquet emerged. A slight hint of oxidation, but overall just super-pleasant.

Jan 25th, 2017Not poulsard! 40% sauvignon under film and 60% normal chardonnay, blended and aged for another 2 years. Bought from wine maker in Arbois for 12 euros. Oxidative, cloudy, acidity structure... slight keens curry taste. Lots of citrus. "Ballsy ass white wine" - Cameron. I enjoyed more after cheese & meat

Jul 16th, 2015Surprisingly earthy for being a lighter-colored red. Cookie dough and leathery scents. :-) Great with seafood.
