We drank the 2008 poolside tonight after a heavier Italian wine. It was delightful. Mature, fruity, fun and delicious. We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. And I know I didn't pay much for it.

Medium, lies down flat. Not very oaky. Would probably pair well with red meat.

Really great red. Smooth and yet flavorful.

Nice almost sweet aroma. Small initial flavor that bursts in the middle. And fades on the back with a dry taste of tannins. Actually very good.

There is nothing to this. John thought it was a good Pinot Noir on taste.

Black cherry and cassis flavored and vanilla nuances with a long rich finish. Dry, not as fruity as I thought it would be.
