Truffle, earth, rose, olive, and some slight cherry on finish. 55 years old, no matter the technology this taste and smell cannot be replicated without waiting 50 years. Think of all the things that have happened since this was bottled. A special, memorable experience.

Lots of oxidized sour cherry, tabacco, old leather aromas. Med body, med p acid, med p tannin(sweet tannin), oxidized cherry. concentrated, sweet jammy texture, long finish with sweet dark cherry, hint of tabacco, leather. Balanced among fruit, tannin, bitterness. Yum!
