Opened & breathed for a little over an hour. Nose was on point right away lots of red fruit & floral notes. This was pretty much open for business in the glass as well. Wonderfully balanced with bright rich fruit and black tea tannins. Powerful, but textured. This really came alive with a braised lamb leg. Excellent.
