Aged red fruit, hints of orange rind, pretty softened cherry, very lucid. Great balance and a haunting gentleness to the front end. Very poised. Noticeable dry wood and a little stiff on the finish, with drying tannins but an excellent front.

Fake? This wine couldn’t possibly be 55 year old. Very dark and with hardly a visible rim to it... happy to hear the experts out there. Oh and it wasn’t great either...
