Delicious wine. Paired it with a pan seared rib eye. The salty meat played well with mushroom and earth tones of the wine. My only bottle but recommended.

Exceptional wine. Great with mild to moderate red meat or nice fish dinner. Up front bold with a soft finish

Dry with high tannins. Dried herbs, musk, mushrooms a little bandaid. Would love to pair this with something.

Had with pork cheeks braised in Pinot Noir with confit potatoes in rendered duck fat. The smokiness and fruit of the wine made it a perfect pairing.
