Had a fantastic "side by side" with this and the Burgundian 2012 pinot noir I just posted as well. In this case I'd have to go with the latter, the Jerome Chezeaux is drinking like a new world wine and I enjoyed the comparison a lot!

Flower notes, red fruit balanced with acidity, chewy tannins, could age a bit more. After one hour of decanting, opened up nicely.
