Old school, more like Nebbiolo with some Pinot Noir delicacy. I live this wine, ever evolving in the glass, closed down a bit before opening back up again. Drink/hold, it's all good

Highly recommended by the owner to go with his pasta dishes. Vines are from 1905 with 1200 btls made and the last vintage produced was 2015 before being ripped out.
