Super interesting. Opens up much more aromatic than your typical Italian white. Tons of florals, some lemon, dried hay. All a very Italian ensemble, something between a ripe Albariño and a Verdicchio. The palate is unexpectedly fresh, tingling with minerality and what seems like a high acidity but could be fooling me due to how well made it is
