Top Notes For
Douglas Laing's "Old Particular" has a peppery nose, a toffee and honey palate, and a spiced and vanilla finish. Light in color due to sherry butt casks, this single malt is 48.4% alcohol/volume and there were only 312 bottles produced. A great Speyside single malt distilled in 1999 and bottled in March 2015. Great to just sip with a little water or ice. Smoother than John Coltrane.
