Auburn color. Rich aromas of honeycomb, dried cherries, menthol, figs, and sweet marmalade. Oily mouthfeel, ever so slightly hot on the tongue, dry tannins. Palate mimics the nose, with additional maraschino cherries, plum, malted barley, and freshly baked sponge cake. Heavy body, medium ++ finish. One of the nicest sherry finished single malts I've had!
