Moderate concentration and staining. Dark ruby. Ripe juicy dark cherry, tobacco, pyrazene, blackberry, pencil shavings, and stones. Sweet vanilla, sweet baking spices, cedar, and marzipan on the palate. 18 months in 40% new French oak. Medium acidity, medium + silky tannins. Lovely. Medium plus intensity and finish. 14.5%
