Birthday Aperitif. Mature gold with ultra fine persistent bead. Very apple ciderish with nuances of Cognac! A noticeable salinity on palate. All over a little flat - not as fresh as it could be? Not a favourite. Disappointing for price and reputation. Extravagant packaging!
