My first South African sparkler (our neighbor has a house there and brought all SA wines to dinner). This 56/44 Pinot/Chardonnay was great. Very easy drinking, brioche, pear and a touch of honey/sweetness on the palate. A definite crowd pleaser.

This dry sparkler doesn't have much flavor, but amazingly accompanied sushi, sashimi, rice, and poke with miso soup.
