A cut above the ‘14 and ‘15 vintages. This ‘13 can still wait a few more years but it’s wonderful now.

This may be my favorite Greer to date. While young, this hits all the right notes. Dark cherries, chocolate, trademark Rutherford dusty tannins. Thick on the palate - the wine coats the mouth (and glass). Incredibly balanced this strikes the right middle ground between fruit and savory. This wine is amazing and everyone loved (someone at the table actually gasped after her first sip). Decanted for two hours.

Not much nose on initial pour, but great silky mouth even before decant, have to see where this ends up in a couple hours.

Infanticide justified to introduce this brand to a NUNS client. One of my fav Napa wines right now. Non-dusty tannins need not apply.

John Gonzalez brought this to pair with my 2005 Seven Stones. Both great Aaron Pott wines
