Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Would like to re visit this since we rushed a little through the end of our tasting. I forgot to take notes but I know I liked it!

Very nice but too young

Blackberry, cassis, raspberry, vanilla, licorice, oak and eucalyptus. Great structure and moderate tannins.

Restraint and austere. Very nicely crafted wine.

A bit tighter than I remembered, but still nice. Not overwhelming & lots of soft fruit w/ decent oak/leather finish. Can’t argue w/ it...

A little peppery and acidic for my taste. Red fruit forward. Medium tannins

2014. Needed some patience but after a few hours it rewarded. Wait 3 years for some additional bottle age and enjoy a fantastic $100 Cabernet for 50 big ones!
