Reserve Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

Beautiful and approachable. Fabulous after 7 years and could keep going.

Balanced and silky. Slightly dark skin fruit forward, earthy, shale, slight pepper. French Bordeaux influence.

So many flavors, cherry cola, blackberries, clay, tobacco, currant, and much, much more. I hope to enjoy this wine again. The Wife said it paired very well with her ribeye. But unfortunately the Japanese spices on my filet overpowered the wine.

2014 - nice wine paired w/ steak and hearty sides

Structured, extremely well balance and just perfect!!! Current, black berries, classic cassis flavors! Edgy!

Representative Napa cab. Good year tho

Not as smooth as other Cabernets I’ve had.

Toasted vanilla, clove, and loads of dark fruits on the nose. Balanced and structured through the palate with fresh blackberry and chocolate on the finish. Still very young!
