2011 drinking in November 2017. Was expecting it to be sweeter by the initial nose, pleasantly surprised that it was not. Medium bodied, lightly spiced, long finish.

Some great grapes right here - New Mexico isn't just Guacamole and amazing Pico de Gallo - this bold brut really shines and is easily one of Gruet's best. Sharp clean finish rounds out an amazing glass. Epernay isn't that far away with this amazing sparkler - date I say one of the best in the lower 48!
