Had not had the opportunity to enjoy any of Matt Parish wines before, seemed like a perfect night when Delmonico steaks were being grilled. Definitely needs time to open up, plan ahead. Slightly sweet at first but a nice long finish. Lighter bodied Cabernet. I would enjoy this wine again. — 7 years ago

2011 drinking in November 2017. Was expecting it to be sweeter by the initial nose, pleasantly surprised that it was not. Medium bodied, lightly spiced, long finish. — 7 years ago

A perfect pair with braised short ribs and lamb shank. A juicy nose and a full body, I was expecting a different mouth feel based on the nose (not bad, just different). Great medium/ full body and clean finish for a fruit/raisin/burnt plum. A definite good value. — 3 years ago
