Solid gulpable, liter bottle, drink now for fun wine. Reminds me of good quality Beaujolais nouveau. Like hi-c with some extra bite. Rose petal on the nose and tart but stewed cherry fruit and some earthiness on the palette with some umami on the finish that adds slight complexity to an otherwise light and simple wine.

Needs a day or 2 to open up. Starts almost like a thin Beaujolais, but gradually opens up. Heavy strawberry and Provencal herb notes. Stays light bodied, but pairs well with dishes like Coq au Vin or a white bean gratin. Well priced at ~$13 for 1L.
