Every vintage I’m more and more impressed with British sparkling wine. Lemon meringue, yellow apple, brioche.

My first English sparkler and it didn’t disappoint! Better than many a Champagne I’ve had. Bright and vibrant, chalky with beautiful grapefruit tones.
