NV | from low end cooking sherry (last post) to high end world class palo cortado. From Palomino Fino grapes. Mesmerizing smell. Multi layered. Marsepan. Walnuts. Cedar. Turkish delight. You can smell endless and your brain brings new impressions. The taste is endless. Top notch. Aperitive.

Yeah, that good-taut, multilayered, depth of flavor forever; toasted walnuts & hazelnuts but sprung from a base of complex tertiary flavors: as Im a half brit, echoes & memories of Branston pickle, marmite, yet all still light bodied, fresh & back again to that tautness. Maybe could critique as running a bit hot. From soleras of 50yro+ wine; only 500 bottles produced. If Proust had written about sherry, it would have been this sherry. Just marvelous.
