I have never tasted a wine that so closely resembles an Italian amaro on the nose. Smelled almost identical to Fernet Branca. Holy mint and herbs. Oh and tannin for days

Solid cab at good drinking stage, good with filet mignon, may soften a bit over next 3 yrs, bought from Hafner at winery event 6/4/16
