Opened and let it breathe for 20 min. First tastes were sweet and different but then I got used to it, and I like it!

Very good wine, but make sure to open the bottle at least 15 or 20 minutes before having it.

Nice Carmenere wine from Chile - smooth taste, really opens up after 15-20 minutes.

Not a bad start, good body, but a sour finish and a little bit tannic. Recommend pairing with powerful flavors, such as a Stilton cheese. Recommend Root:1 Carménère as a better $10 table wine with a similar profile less the sour finish.

Let it sit for a bit to air, but didn't quite live up to my hopes. Tannic, but a very shallow flavor profile. Not bad, but not interesting for sure.
