Hatzidakis Winery
Santorini Familia Dry Assyrtiko

Always a hit. Deep with a mineral streak. Dried apricots, citrus blossom and candy on the nose. Great texture and ultimately crushable

Finally catching up to @Jason Keefer on this one. Seems more refined and balanced than other Santorini Assyrtikos. Light lemon and hints of salinity. But lacking that crisp bite (that you crave on a hot Greek day) found in other wines from Hatzidakis.
