Beautiful nose of Jasmine, lemons, citrus, green apples, herbs, minerals, light vegetables and earth.

Light to medium in body with medium acidity, crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices, earth, wet leaves and white pepper.

Medium finish with bitter almonds and spices.

This is a nice white wine from California. Crisp and enjoyable by itself or with food. Good for parties or as a sipping wine by the pool. A bit bitter on the ending.

Has a lot of Sauvignon Blanc characteristics with a flowery, aromatic nose.

I paired it with an Italian octopus dish.
