Still super vibrant, deep dark cherry infused with mulberry spice and lifted with floral notes of violet, sage and jasmine. Incredible. From Hells Canyon, oldest winery in Idaho established in early 1980’s on the banks of the mighty Snake River.

Dec 31st, 2024Have a close look at the label. I guess that is how you bring your deer home after a hunting trip if you don’t have a pickup truck. This 17 year old Syrah from Idaho was getting over the top. Still very flavorful with dark spiced fruit but it was getting oxidized under notes.
