Prestige Bourgogne Chardonnay

Crisp chardonnay, honeysuckle and French oak. Good times

The first bottle of Chardonnay I've ever bought 🎉 white peach, lime blossom, fresh cream and baking spices on the nose, palate is crisp and buttery at the same time (?) .... More citrusy than expected, lime blossom turning more into lime oil. We've avoided delving into the world of chard for a while but this was a nice intro. Paired w arugula salad w strawberries, caramelized onion and melted tallegio.
