The first bottle of Chardonnay I've ever bought 🎉 white peach, lime blossom, fresh cream and baking spices on the nose, palate is crisp and buttery at the same time (?) .... More citrusy than expected, lime blossom turning more into lime oil. We've avoided delving into the world of chard for a while but this was a nice intro. One of my favorite varietals from one of my love's favorite producers 😍 espresso, warm caramel, nutmeg and cloves on the nose. Palate is dense, ripe, and soooo California.
