An absolutely stupid meal accompanied this wine. Argentinian skirt steak, Italian sausage, you can see the Szechuan cucumbers, oh yeah and a Caesar salad with black truffles. The wine is really excellent. Let it breathe a bit. . . Starts out tight and then opens up to a beautiful wine. Lots of fruit on the nose some smoked meats and more dark fruits on the palate. Yum
