Love this wine. Perfect balance of fruit, spice, and oak. — 6 months ago
Lots of tart red fruit, oak, cedar, tar, and pencil lead. Medium plus body, high tannins, high acid, high alcohol, and medium plus finish. Some tertiary notes, so drink now. Also recommend decanting (I know, a bit of a contradiction there). Reminds me a bit of an Argentina Malbec on steroids. — 8 months ago

Un Douro d’une douceur, souplesse et d’un super équilibre. À refaire assurément. — 2 months ago
A nice change of scenery. A lot of black fruits in here. Both black from living and black from dried age or should I just say decay? , if that makes any sense to anyone but me I'll be surprised. Secondary smells are kitchen herbs - thyme, Thai basil, and maybe some marjoram. . Again walking that line between fresh and dried.
The more I went into the bottle the higher my rating creot. That's the opposite of most for me. — 7 months ago

Alicante Bouchet and Touriga National. Dark, dark colors. Blackberry and blue berries in the nose. Blackberry pie flavors and an exceptional finish. Yum! — 18 hours ago
