Riesling on Thanksgiving is turning into a tradition!
Better than previous bottles. Nicely balanced between petrol, sweetness, and acidity. Wine could have used a little more zip, but high quality. Paired well with cheese and shrimp cocktail.

Always solid. Rounder than usual but not overly sweet. Could use some more zip.

Jul 25th, 2023I don’t think these Rieslings are meant for aging. Petrol on the nose but subdued flavors on the palate. Medium plus depth but lacked acidity.

Nice balance of sweetness and tartness. Paired well with shrimp cocktail and cheese.
Could use a little more “umph”, but was very elegant nonetheless.
