Paired nicely with Thai chicken curry. Medium gold color. Petrol and plastic on the nose. White grapes, ample sweetness, and a touch of lead on the palate. Past prime as it is lacking acidity and zip. Medium finish and heavy wine for a Riesling.

Jul 15th, 2022Not really meant for aging. Gold color. Reserved nose and lacked acidity. Sweet with subtle petrol tones. Need to serve colder than usual. My bad for waiting so long to drink.

Öppnade för tre fyra dagar sedan. Då var den frisk men ganska platt, toner av gröna äpplen och citrus men. Efter en stund i kylen har persika, melon, liten sötma och torkad frukt smugit sig fram. Syran är dock kvar vilket bibehåller stringensen. Gick från 8.8-9.0 iallafall!
