On 12/9/17 at wild Time rest for lunch in highlands NC. Full bodied deep color and nice aroma as one would expect from a cab, a little fruity balanced with oak. Not Barry but not sweet. Very nice easy to enjoy wine! Especially with the salmon BLT!

Some nice fruit and green pepper on the nose, but a bit too sweet for my taste, and the tannins are rough. The name is odd, too, but that is beside the point.
