Drinks like a Pilsner but has the better aspects of a lager. Nice Amber color with scents of sourdough and mild hops. Smooth flavor, mildly malty with hits of corn. Finish is a tad bitter.
Don't drink from the bottle! Pour into a pint glass and get a good head of foam going for best results.

Great memories from sailing a catamaran in the BVI. We consumed case after case of this. At the time it hit the spot like nothing else. Today it tastes like Rolling Rock. Nothing wrong with that--it was cold and refreshing just a little thin and domestic....and lacking the ambience of Virgin Gorda and the freedom of that trip.

Post harvest day sustenance. Bonus points for bringing images of Teahupo'o to mind.
