Dry on the palate and very fruity.

Showing cherries, blackberries, black plums, currants, light cedar, herbs, light vegetables, peppercorn, tobacco leaf, light earth and chocolates.

Nice length on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This young Syrah from California is nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Elegant, rich and extracted. Complex and engaging. Spicy and entertaining.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Good by itself or with food.

Syrah grapes were aged in used French oak barrels for 12 months. A tiny production of less than 2,000 bottles.

Inky in color with a wide reddish rim.

Strong nose of black currants, black plums, licorice, light oak, barnyard, herbs and black pepper.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, blackberries, oak, licorice, black pepper, herbs, light vegetables, earth and spices.

Nice finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This is a young Syrah from El Dorado in California. Rich, elegant and nicely balanced.

Already drinking very nicely, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Feels like a California Syrah with a Northern Rhone flare. Fruit forward, with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.

A good sipping wine that paired nicely with my charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
