Lean and precise. Lemon peel and white floral nose. Green & yellow apple, bitter nectarine. Steely flinty mineral undercurrent throughout. Resemblance to a Chablis but the fruit profile of pear/lemon has a little more ripe and richness to it. Well made and versatile. Maybe a hint of vanilla after opening up but not much if any new oak
