Plump, dense, juicy and pure. More soon. — 4 months ago
Grapefruit and plenty of mineral on both nose and palate. Some austerity as you often get with Saint Aubin. As Jasper Morris MW describes the terroir - “A steep south west facing vineyard overlooking the hamlet of Gamay. It offers attractive wines but not in the First Division of St-Aubin.” The following night notes of mandarin on the palate with the ever present mineral. — 3 months ago
Great,mineral-driven wine. Citrus zest on the nose. Focused and with great tension on the palate. Paul Pillot makes fantastic white Burgundy. A pleasure to enjoy at home with striped bass, clams and chorizo. — 4 months ago
I just had a glass and honestly this is what you want Chardonnay to taste like. Honestly. Amazing. Citrus, almond. Fresh. I’m here for it — 6 months ago

This was a bright, crisp, medium to medium-high acid French white burgundy that was a little less mineral than Chablis. $375 at Joujou, I preferred the champagne for $325. — 4 months ago
On first tasting this wine it was noticeably saline and mineral/gravel on the palate. Also notes of citrus and white stone fruits. Oak influence is subdued - matured in 350 litre oak barrels. Overall a great balance between austerity and opulence. Points off for a ridiculously heavy bottle. — 5 months ago
Better. Still on the lean side but none less beautiful. Clean. Pure. — 6 months ago
Ripe pineapple, golden straw color, has some middle weight tannins but light on the finish. Green apple, pomelo pith, flint, mineral, tropical fruit. Great wine for a meal at the Arden Waikiki. — 8 months ago
