Still young but very promissing. Rose petals, forrest, cherry and black fruit. Together with rib eye at ‘new’ Michelin bib gourmand @Sjiek in Maastricht. Fine pricing @ €75 a bottle — 2 months ago
Still very much potential. Very much a burgundy mise, Candied lemon, hints of subtle tropical fruit like pineapple. — 2 months ago
Typical PYC. Reductive, complex nose with Flint red apples, almost ‘fresh’ tropical fruits, vanilla, very elegant and long aftertaste. — 10 days ago

Lovely C9dP. Plum and black olives dominate in a complex palate. Beautiful balanced. The 15 alcohol is not a problem. It does not have a ‘dry’ finish. Very elegant. Sad it is my last bottle out of 6. — 2 months ago
Very typical way of producing. Top wine with classic elements but bever dull. Dense. Hints of tropical fruit and lemon zest. With a long….. finish. Delicate not buttery. I would not recognitie it in a blind tasting as a Meursault. Must try for Evert Burgundy lover. — 3 months ago
Right drinking window. Ripe black fruits, tar, rose petals, mint, sandalwood, kirsch wasser. Paired with ossobucco, saffran risotto and gremolata. — 17 days ago

Ribera at it’s peak of the drinking window. Seductive dark fruit backed with elegant vanilla, cedar and subtle bacon fat. Love it. Bought directly from Jorge Monzon. Fascinating visit. Still taste the Albillo. 😉 — 3 days ago
