First on the nose was ripe stone fruits, peach especially. On palate, some minerality comes through and the mouthfeel from time on lees is delicious and creamy. Very long and pleasant finish.

Deep gold., heavenly nose of flowers, citrus and caramel. Tons of depth. Grilled lemon and pear. Drinking this after shucking oysters is as close to a Covid vaccine as you can get.
