Patience, needs a while to open up and warm up a bit. Excellent and elegantly light and complex. Been holding this a long time and pleased it was in great shape.

I’m sure this was better when it was younger but this one, just like the other 2004 I tried was definitely over the hill. Still has acidity, but generous oxidation. Probably better with some stinky cheeses...
