Side project of the winemaker at Flaneur. 100% whole cluster Pommard. Black currant nose. Cool climate fruit, blueberry and blackberry. Umami and raspberry rasp finish. Needs time to open

6 month checkup and it’s ticking upward. This is a new fav.

Strawberry compote, raspberries, rose petal, slight baking spices, iron. Vibrant acidity, medium bodied, juicy texture, minimal smooth velvet tannins, fruit-earthy finish. Highly aromatic, high toned acidity and energy.

There is a lot to like here. Cooler climate , own rooted vineyard. 30 year old vines (in 2016).
