Dec 25th, 2019Purple red, very good clarity, moderately extracted pigment. Spearmint, thyme and raspberry notes in nose. Raspberry, cola flavors, tangerine peel finish. Nice acidity, medium body, slight seed bitterness in aftertaste. Needs a little time to integrate after opening. Moderate skin astringency emerges after 30 minutes. 24 hours later, boom, cherry and plum flavors with depth. Super wine if you can decant it long enough, impressive varietal character
