Interesting wine. Dry finish with some tannin. A hint of sugar on the initial taste. Moderate acid. Mt. Etna white. Finally.
After dinner I am still enjoying this wine. The fish stuck between my teeth provides the flavors needed to balance the wine.

First time taking a bottle of the I custodi Bianco home. First thing that I noticed was the mouth feel, this is a “weighty” white. Substance and complexity. Paired well with paella.
